We want you to feel confident in every OH by Olena purchase.
Returns for Standard Items
Eligible non-custom items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging included.
All custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, and limited edition pieces are final sale.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Return Approval
All returns must be requested and approved before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.
Refused or Ineligible Returns
Items showing wear, damage, odor, alteration, or missing tags/packaging may be declined and returned to sender.
